Co- opted Trustee
Bill has been a Baptist Minister for over 40 years in Cleveland, Essex, Cheshire and, for the past eight years, in Wooler, leading Glendale Crossing Places Trust. Bill was born in Liverpool and he and his family have wide-ranging roots – Swiss, Finnish and British but with a great appreciation of the beauty of North Northumberland. He is an honorary chaplain at the Freeman hospital in Newcastle and volunteers at Wooler First School. He loves mountain walking, especially in Switzerland, but is also happy fishing on a Finnish lake, so long as it’s followed by a sauna.
