Slow and gentle Hatha Yoga suitable for all abilities.
Classes begin with a short period of rest, connecting with our breath. We will then focus on using breath with movement, loosening up the joints and the spine, and bringing some strength, flexibility and openness in our bodies. Bring your mat and a blanket for a slow and mindful practice to some beautiful music! We will also have a little therapeutic fun with some simple Thai Yoga Massage partner work, and a relaxing Yoga Nidra to close so you may leave calm and refreshed.
This practice is ideal for people who have not done much Yoga, are beginners, or stressed and overworked with a need to restore energy. Does this sound like something you might enjoy?
Cost £8 per session
I encourage you to work at your own pace, and move into a restful pose at any time during the practice.
