Vanessa is a specialist in a decoration called 'Mocha Ware'. This is a revived process from the Victorian era that forms tree like patterns. There are only 3 professional Mocha Ware artists in Britain. Vanessa makes domestic table ware for the home and garden. Earthenware and Stoneware clays are used, the latter being microwave and dishwasher safe. Decorated plates for special occasions. Sculptured birds - curlew, pheasant, puffin and partridge. Inlaid glass seahorses. Sheep Range and castle range. Printed leaf pots.
