Helen Cowans works from her garden studio to produce colourful contemporary textile art.
Items range from canvas panels and 3D structures to large wall hangings and contemporary jewellery.

She is an award winning, qualified tutor and has published and exhibited both nationally and internationally.

Helen gives lectures to guilds and groups and runs workshops.
