Northumberland Warm Zone is a not-for-profit partnership and we aim to ensure that all homes in Northumberland can save money and save energy. We have been operating for over 11 years and have delivered home insulation improvements, benefits advice and central heating repairs to over 28,000 homes across the county.
Railway Housing Association owns over 1,340 affordable rented homes located within 24 local authority areas, mainly in the North East and Yorkshire/Humberside areas of England. This wide geographic spread means one of our biggest challenges is to ensure we provide an equitable and fair service to all, and establishing a presence within each local community.
In addition the Association manages 73 units of leasehold accommodation for older people.
