New Housing Development in Wooler

We are delighted that we now have a portfolio of 18 affordable housing properties, after recently adding 9 new housing units. Five apartments are in the Wheatsheaf building on the High Street, four more at Roddam Dene House just off the High Street- both of which buildings underwent extensive renovations at the end of 2014. All are designed for people aged 55 plus – being close to town centre shops, healthcare and other services.

If you are interested in renting one of our properties, please contact Rachel 01668 282406 at the Cheviot Centre, and she will put your name on a waiting list.

The Trust are keen advocates of locally owned and locally managed affordable housing that demonstrate a real connection to the communities they serve.

If you missed the open days for these two properties, you may like to take a virtual guided tour of the new affordable homes with Tom Johnston- please click on the image top right to view a short film.
