Glendale Churches Heritage Trail

A CHURCH TRAIL IN NORTH NORTHUMBERLAND

The Glendale Churches Heritage Trail maps out a route along roads linking twelve heritage churches in the Ecclesiastical Glendale area. Several of the churches date from the 12th century. Two lie within the Northumberland National Park. The trail will appeal to those who are interested in architecture, history and genealogy and to those who just wish to experience serenity and views of the outstanding landscape of the area.
